Our laser cutting machine tolerances within ±0.05mm, helping ensure every piece stain steel plates accuracy.
For structural components, our turret punch system is equipped with 42 tooling stations and supports processing sizes up to 1500 × 5000mm with ±0.05mm accuracy. It can create bridge-shaped holes, embossed features, reinforcing ribs, and other complex structures that cannot be achieved through laser cutting alone, giving you greater flexibility when developing differentiated products.
To help your products stand out in the market, we support a wide range of surface finishes including brushed stainless steel, mirror polishing, titanium coating, and decorative textures, allowing you to create products that better match your brand positioning and target market.
Quick Preheating
Dwarf grills provide stainless steel burner with heat output of 12,000 BTU. After preheating for 5–10 minutes, it reaches 150–200 degrees Celsius (300–390 degrees Fahrenheit), while the double-walled insulation chamber and 20 mm thick pizza stone help maintain a more stable cooking temperature throughout the baking process.

Good Heat Balance
We believe stable heat retention is essential for pizza cooking, so we offer double-wall insulated chambers and 20MM thick pizza stones to meet your customers needs for more even temperature control and better heat stability during long baking sessions.
For colder winter markets, we also support additional insulation cotton inside the oven structure, allowing you to improve thermal efficiency and maintain more reliable cooking performance in low-temperature outdoor environments. This design is already used in the Smart Grills project we manufacture for OTTO, which has been permanently collected by the German Red Dot Design Museum.
